  1. Big yawn! What is alternative here? Just the same old tired hackneyed advice. Portion control what crap. Eat according to what your body tells you, some days you will need less, some days more. And no one needs to be thin to be healthy, health comes in all shapes and sizes. I thought this was going to be something new, but it was a big disappointment! Pseudo science!!!!
