About Health-be

Hi. My name is Thomas A. Retterbush. Call me Tom.

After a long, hard walk on the wild side, I’ve finally changed from bad boy to good guy, becoming a productive citizen and successful entrepreneur.

I am a recovering drug addict who has been clean for close to 4 years. You can read my whole, long but complete story on MySpace, or the shorter, watered down version on Facebook. 

As a recovering drug addict diagnosed with clinical depression, after founding the Disabled Veterans Association and AssEtEbooks.com, I am continuing my path of redemption as an activist, investigative journalist and Blogger.

I recently launched blogs such as Addicts Not Anonymous, CensorshipWatch.net, ConspiracyWatch.net, AlQaedawatch.com and ActionActivist.com, and after considering my talent to research and dig up hard-to-find information, I decided to also help people with any useful health information I can find, by launching Heath-be.com, I'm doing what I can to promote a healthy lifestyle the best way I know how.

All health information, facts, tips and tricks are extensively investigated and verified by me personally before being posted on Heath-be.com. Anything and everything I write on this blog is backed up by credible research, the sources of which are noted in footnotes at the bottom of most articles when available.
